If all the seams are leaking i would say it was built without the proper gaskets in the first place.

I don t think you will be happy with a seam sealer job i would recommend a roofer remove the panels and reinstall them with proper seam gaskets otherwise leak repairs is likely to be a perennial issue.
If you find trouble removing rusted screws do not attempt to remove them.
