1 carefully pry up the tile or tiles just above the cracked or broken one. Identify the first tile to be removed and carefully lift the tile above it enough to allow you to slide the crowbar beneath it. 3 spread a small amount of roofing cement along the underside of the replacement and slide it into place. Also pry or force out any nails.

Follow up with a second coat after 24 hours have passed. Ascend the ladder with your tools and carefully make your way to the leaking section of the concrete tile roof. Fill in large cracks with mortar or roofing cement then apply a good concrete primer.
