Snug the screw up to the gutter being careful not to over tighten it. Then use a cordless drill to drive the screw into a new hole in the fascia board.

It s critical that you do not drill the screw into the existing nail hole. But since we ve covered this edge with flashing just hold them level and drive the screws through the flashing and gutter back into the fascia.
