Set the sheet down on a sawhorse mark where you want to cut. Then place the sheet on a table with the marked side facing up. Fit a circular saw or table saw with a fine blade with crosscut teeth to prevent chipping the piece during the cut. For a dremel you should clamp the material down and slowly make the cut.
