Instructions cut the 1x4 board to 50 long.
These were cut 6 long to match the ends of the a frame rafters.
Mark and cut slat locations.

We cut the three dummy rafter tails flush on one side and with a 6 12 pitch on the other ends.

Drill 3 or more holes into the house.

Attach the 7 inch pieces to the ends of the 1 4.
Attach the 16 5 inch pieces to the backs of the 7 inch pieces.
This is not a plan for a window awning but since it could also be used as a blueprint to make an awning for a smaller window we thought it was worth including anyway.
