Lay out the pre cut corrugated metal awning pieces across from the post header to the wall ledger.
Of course for your window the dimensions will very likely be different.
At 1 end of one of these lengths cut a 30 degree angle towards the top.
Lay them all the way across the width of the awning.

Cut the 2x6 in half making 2 pieces of 5 foot length.
The principles are all the same so if you wanted to scale it up you could also adapt it to larger windows if you wanted to.
When dry few minutes slide the canvas back over the frame.
